The FPH owns the Villarceaux estate, located 60 km to the North-West of Paris, in the Val d’Oise area. The estate stretches over 600 hectares. It is made up of several elements:

  • Two châteaux and a landscape park that have been placed at the disposal of the Île-de-France Region through an emphyteutic lease;
  • An 18-hole golf course managed by the Villarceaux sporting association through a commercial lease;
  • A farm that was converted to organic farming in the 1990s, the management of which is carried out by the EARL du Chemin Neuf through a commodate;
  • A forest maintained by the Foundation in cooperation with the Office national des Forêts;
  • An old farm building that has been converted into a conference centre, managed by the Écosite association through a commodate.

Écosite, Conference Centre

The farm building has been entirely renovated and converted in order to be able to host groups, seminars and conferences. Écosite, the organisation managing this activity, offers catering services, conference and meeting rooms, group accommodation and rural gîtes.
